FitBack & Bumps is an exciting physio led educational exercise classes for pregnancy and the post birth period. Lorne is just one of a few physiotherapist in Scotland that is fully trained as a Fitback and Bumps instructor, she has been this course since 2012.

Pregnancy/Antenatal course – 4 weeks.
